[Comment 123: Here and in the subsequent commentary a string of interviewee and narrator statements, which taken together amount to a continuous narration, and which therefore are effectively an expression of the views of the narrator, make the verifiably false claim that policies such as the Kyoto Protocol are preventing the developing world from growing economically. This is a serious misrepresentation of the facts, in several different respects:
